Founded by Chef Ramón Velázquez in 2016, Corazón is a Santa Barbara-based hospitality group focusing on fresh, modern Mexican cuisine. Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Velázquez’s love of food was nurtured by his mother and grandmother, who taught him how to make traditional Mexican dishes. With Michelin recognition and celebrity fans, Ramón’s passion for Mexican cuisine is reflected in all his restaurants and concepts throughout the Central Coast. Corazón consists of both refined sit-down and elevated fast-casual restaurants, including Corazón Cocina, Little Heart Cafecito, Alma Fonda Fina, Corazón Comedor.
